We only ship with methods that provide tracking numbers.  In addition to USPS, we are happy to ship FedEx or UPS.  Please contact us at info@RyberryYarns.com prior to placing your order if you wish to use either carrier.)

There's a knot in my yarn!
Knots happen.  While we inspect before and after the dye process, sometimes these knotty little nuisances slip by and get to the customer.  Our policy is one knot per dye lot is acceptable.  There's several excellent YouTube videos discussing how to deal with knots.

Dye Lots
It is the nature of hand dyed yarn that no two skeins will be the same, even within the same dye lot.  When ordering multiple skeins of the same colorway, we will do our best to ship from the same dye lot, or ship from dye lots that best match.  It is always recommended that you alternate skeins when working on a large project.

My yarns is bleeding!
Stay calm, there's no need for the first aid kit.  It is normal for hand dyed yarn to bleed during the first couple of washes.  During the dye process, there are occasions where there is excess dye that sticks to the fibers, but doesn't get absorbed into the fiber.  This is especially true with dark or rich colors.  It is always important to wash with cold water. The non-rinse wool washes are great, but a drop or two of the blue Dawn dish soap works equally well to wash out the excess dye.

Will you cake my yarn?
Due to time constraints, we are unable to cake your yarn purchase.  Your local yarn shop should be willing to do this for you, often for free if you're a regular customer.  Some shops that I visit will do complementary caking for yarn purchased there, and $1-$2 per skein if you bring in yarn.

Do you wholesale or do Trunk Shows?
Yes!  Please click here for more information.
